MEET Josh
Joshua Waiters is a husband and certified spirituality and purpose coach from Fort Lauderdale, FL, now living in Charlotte, NC. As an only child, he always felt the need for a strong brotherhood of men—where they could encourage, challenge, and grow together in faith.
Through his own journey of growth and purpose, Joshua created Rooted Men in Christ to provide men with a community that supports them in becoming the leaders, husbands, fathers, and brothers God created them to be. His goal is to help men live with purpose, strengthen their faith, and stand firm in who they are in Christ.
OUR VISION
We envision a brotherhood where every man is empowered to become the leader, husband, father, and brother God designed him to be—rooted in Christ and committed to making a lasting impact on their families, communities, and the world. Together, we will stand firm in our identity, support one another through life’s challenges, and build a legacy of faith, strength, and brotherhood for the next generation.
